Terms & Conditions — jeetdazz User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") are entered into between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and jeetdazz (hereinafter referred to as "jeetdazz", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the jeetdazz website, mobile interface, application programming interfaces, and any related services offered under the jeetdazz brand.

By accessing the jeetdazz platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or contacting customer support — you unconditionally confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You fully understand the obligations, rights, and restrictions set out herein.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions as a condition of using the platform.
• You meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• You are accessing jeetdazz of your own free will and not on behalf of a third party unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jeetdazz platform and close any account you have opened. Continued use of the platform after any revision or update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms in full.

jeetdazz may publish supplementary rules, bonus-specific terms, promotional conditions, and game-specific guidelines from time to time. All such supplementary materials form part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference. Where any conflict exists between supplementary materials and these core Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary materials expressly state otherwise.

Access to and use of jeetdazz is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant, on each occasion that you access the platform, that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age. jeetdazz operates an absolute 18+ policy across the entire platform without exception. This applies to account registration, depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and accessing any game or betting market. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds recovered in accordance with applicable procedures.

Identity & Residency

You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal structures may not register as players. You must be the registered holder of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds on jeetdazz.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to hold exactly one (1) active jeetdazz account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Exclusion Lists

You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or third-party exclusion arrangement in connection with jeetdazz or any other gambling platform. Players who register or continue to play in breach of an active self-exclusion order do so in violation of these Terms & Conditions, and jeetdazz accepts no liability for losses incurred in such circumstances.

To access the real-money features of jeetdazz — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing — you must first register a player account by completing the registration process accurately and in good faith.

Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetdazz is committed to maintaining a secure platform free from fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at our discretion, we may require you to submit identity verification documentation, which may include:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• A valid Bangladesh passport.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your residential address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of your account until verification is completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetdazz login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jeetdazz immediately at support@jeetdazz if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. jeetdazz accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jeetdazz account at any time by contacting support@jeetdazz. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations. jeetdazz also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if we determine that the account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on jeetdazz are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency accounts are maintained and no currency conversion is applied to player balances at any point.

jeetdazz currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jeetdazz is ৳500 per transaction via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card and internet banking channels may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your jeetdazz account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jeetdazz does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, operating on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified jeetdazz account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing times may extend in cases where additional KYC verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers an internal security review.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. jeetdazz reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account may do so by contacting support@jeetdazz.

jeetdazz offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed full account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted).
• jeetdazz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetdazz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, generate bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using the jeetdazz platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, third-party sources, or payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing jeetdazz staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the jeetdazz platform without authorisation.
• Circumventing self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming restrictions placed on your account.

jeetdazz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the jeetdazz website, mobile interface, or any game or betting market.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetdazz shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature, even if jeetdazz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or internet service interruptions.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information published on the jeetdazz platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game RTP data.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by you to your jeetdazz account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Language & Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any supplementary terms, bonus terms, and game rules published on jeetdazz, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetdazz with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
